WHAT TO EXPECT: While all of our apartments offer a different character, style, and layout our commitment to consistent, quality amenities and policies remains unwavering. Expect to find all the essentials for a comfortable stay: complimentary shower necessities including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash; an abundance of fresh towels; crisp, clean linens; as well as hairdryers, and an iron with an ironing board. Smart HDTVs with Sling TV for live channels or stream your own. Connect with fast Wi-Fi speeds ranging from 150 to 300 Mbps, and take advantage of dedicated workspaces for those balancing work with pleasure. From your initial booking to your departure (and even if you leave something behind), our attentive team is on hand. We’ll guide you through check-in, swiftly address any technical issues, and provide local insights to enhance your stay. Rest assured, every apartment is meticulously cleaned by professionals prior to your arrival, and we ensure that all linens and towels are freshly laundered (professionally cleaned off-site when in-apartment W/D is not available). Your peace of mind is our priority, making your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

HOUSE RULES:

1. No Pets: For the comfort and safety of all our guests, pets are not allowed in the apartment.

2. No Smoking: To maintain a fresh and clean environment, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

3. Guest Approval: Please obtain prior approval for any outside guests. Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay overnight.

4. No Events or Parties: To respect our neighbors and community, events or parties of any kind are not allowed.

5. Quiet Hours: We kindly ask you to keep it down during 10PM and 8AM. Music, TV, or any other source of noise to be kept to a respectful volume level. Please also keep it down in the hallways.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancel up to 30 days prior to arrival to get your full deposit back. Any paid amounts will not be eligible for a refund if you cancel within less than 30 days before your check in date. If you have any concerns, talk to us. 

GUEST RESOLUTION AND REFUND POLICIES:

We understand that issues can arise, though they are never intentional. Our commitment is to resolve any problem within 2 hours. If we are unable to resolve an issue such as cleanliness, plumbing, utilities, Wi-Fi, or missing amenities, we will offer a discount according to our refund rules table (available upon booking).

Any unresolved issues that significantly impact your stay may be eligible for a partial refund or other accommodations, determined on a case-by-case basis. 

DAMAGE POLICY: We only collect a small deposit, and put it in affect in very rare cases. In the event of any accidental damages, we simply ask for your honesty and cooperation to reimburse the cost of repair or replacement. This includes, but is not limited to, lost keys or broken dishes. (A broken glass or two won’t incur a charge, but please do inform us.)
